Ida are we now supposed to complain/ cry that there were also German men,women and children that died in a world war Germans started and lost?

You make no sense.....serbs started and lost 4 wars.... Serbs didn't get enough of what they deserved.

Time is of the essence for the victims' sake including for their families even friends even though the year 2017 is still a long way to go before the Hague Tribunal concludes or officially concludes for good.

Of course the ICTY was never interested in the killings of Serbian civilians, including children.
They ignored Tomislav Mercep and his death squads. One of Mercep's men, Miro Bajramovic was responsible for killing 86 mostly Serb civilians. He freely admitted to it and said he could give all their names and surnames, and he did name some and described what happened to them.

Mercep gave the orders to kill them after 3 days of interrogation and torture.

The ICTY never touched this case nor other brutal atrocities against Serbs, and in some cases, Montenegrins.

If the ICTY did not touch the case the logical assumption would be it is more Serbian rumor and fantasy than reality. Look at the Organ harvesting claims of Serbs against the Kosovo Albanians. How many investigations, how much money, how much time has been spent only to come up empty handed.
Its like if I claim I saw a man throw a baby off a bridge into a river, there will always be some that believe it. They can drag the river, interview others in the area, if they come up with a body they can prove the crime did happen, but there is NO way to ever prove 100% that the crime did NOT happen.
So just because a Serb claims a crime was committed does not prove it did happen, nor will it prove it did not happen. I urge you that if you have evidence and not just gossip, turn it in to the proper authorities.
But, alas, like so many here you receive all your info, after it has passed and been altered by many many mouths.
