War criminal convicted in Serbia to be returned to Croatia

Well Serbs "convicted" at the ICTY (which uses tons of perjury and doesn't give authentic forensic/autopsy evidence), have to do their time in foreign prisons, so far away from their families to visit.

If the Croat is sent to Croatia, highly probably that his sentence with be overturned or the Croats will release him. Where's the justice for the Serb victims in that?

Croats, Muslims and others have gotten away with millions of crimes against Serbs and haven't been punished.

We have read many of your posts and it is the natural deduction that you feel anything said against a serb in a court would be perjury but do you have any PROOF that has been committed or are you just assuming anyone not Serbian is lying??
But you are a perfect example as to WHY these war crime trials should never be held in individual state courts. It is hard enough around to world to separate oneself from personal bias but in the Balkans when your ethnic origin is the number one factor in your life and guides all your thought processes there is no way a Croat can get a fair trial in Serbia nor a Serb in Croatia. Same for Kosovo.
That is the reason Ivanovic is being tried in EU chambers and not Albanian one.

A liar was DRAZEN ERDEMOVIC, a Croat from Tuzla, a mercenary who fought for the Bosnian Muslim side, then switched to the Croat side, then joined the sabotage brigade.

He was found lying about his rank and other things. He claimed a man BELOW him in rank had ordered him to kill 100 (nice evenly rounded number) of men at Srebrenica.

Also, it is not just the non-Serbs, but also Serbs who are being used by the prosecution against other Serbs.
I can dig up the articles as well as the transcripts.

One such lying Serb was Miomir Nikolic, who was caught in a lie by an American lawyer. And then he admitted he lied on the stand.

This Miomir Nikolic, before he was caught red-handed had been used AGAIN AND AGAIN to implicate Serbs. His usual story was that he was there with them and he would make claims about what they said and did.
But he was caught when it was found out he hadn't been there with a certain Serb General at all - and that he was not the man siting next to him in a photograph.

He had earlier claimed it was him in the photo and used that connection to claim what went on but was found to be lying.

Despite being found a liar/perjurer, all his other testimonies (which were used to convict Serbs) were not thrown out.

Have you ever even read the ICTY transcripts? The "witnesses" lie a lot: huge bald-faced lies.
