New Day, you seem to have forgotten that albanians left kosovo on mass because of nato intervention, nato bombs and nato's war.
(Sosu, 29 May 2015 16:52)

Hey mate, make sure to put a disclaimer that the above is according to a certain "Sosu".

According to the UN http://www.icty.org/x/cases/milutinovic/tjug/en/090226summary.pdf "the NATO bombing was not the reason for the mass displacement of Kosovo Albanians from Kosovo" and "that there was a broad campaign of violence directed against the Kosovo Albanian civilian population during the course of the NATO airstrikes, conducted by forces under the control of the FRY and Serbian authorities, during which there were incidents of killing, sexual assault, and the intentional destruction of mosques. It was the deliberate actions of these forces during this campaign that caused the departure of at least 700,000 Kosovo Albanians from Kosovo in the short period of time between the end of March and beginning of June 1999. Efforts by the MUP to conceal the killing of Kosovo Albanians, by transporting the bodies to other areas of Serbia also suggest that such killings were criminal in nature"

Thank you to Cosu snd Roberto. It seems that some people do know that Serbia has wotked i.e. hammer 4 wellknown projecs to exterminate Albanians. Starting from Garasanin, Cubrilovic, Ivo Andric, mind you Nobel price sinner!!!!, and the Miloseviq sponsored project to "deal" with Albanians and Kosovo issue, so called Memorandum of Serb Academy

And you seem to have forgotten that all RELIABLE sources show that as the time approached Milsoevic increased his antics of terror sought to finish the job before NATO bombs could end his cause.
You can condemn the US all you want but there is nothing you can ever say that will reduce the guilt you and your comrades have on your hands in the Serbian scourge of the Albanian people in Kosovo.
News flash: If you are responsible for 10,000 deaths, just because you can point to somewhere else in the world where more people were killed or for any other reason, does not make you a MORE moral person, nor diminish your role as a murderer.
When bringing up the actions in Iraq or Afghanisitan etc in comparison to your role in Kosovo, you forget to mention motivation, yours was simply that you did not like Albanians and wanted them gone, nothing more nothing less. Noble cause, indeed!

Genocide seems to be a word that is thrown around very loosely in the Balkans.
(a New day, 28 May 2015 16:53)

Far too loosely, and far too often. More for scoring political points than actually seeking justice. And it doesn't do any side claiming "genocide" any good when they are far from being innocent in conflict.

New Day, you seem to have forgotten that albanians left kosovo on mass because of nato intervention, nato bombs and nato's war. those lines thousands upon thousands of innocent civilians of all swaths of life that you're remembering leaving the region to safer ground started after nato's bombing campaign.
death tolls prior to nato's campaign were statistically in line with historical counts and distributions.
percentage-wise a much larger percent of non-albianians has been coerced to leave kosovo.
and if we are to talk about numbers, the death totals of ethic albanian's from kosovo was not very different from the counts at srebernica.
its time to move on, unless all the laundry is to be shown
roberto, though it is off topic a bit, but is so very near and dear to your heart, how is it that your voice is silent when it comes to calling for your personal leaders, those who lead the frisco, the street of wall, the peaches of georgia and the newly english to kill, rape, torture and poison the good honorable peoples of iraq, or afghanistan, lets even say lybia. the iraqi death tolls at the hands of your personal leaders are the largest death totals since the various ss divisions ran rough-shod on the world. where are the reparations for iraq, afghanistan, pakistan even. why doesn't the "most democratic", "wealthiest" nation stand up for what is right and fix their wrongs. you praise the harbingers of death and out the other side of your mouth denounce the others

roberto you have now officially lost your mind. Rather than look at the reality of how unlikely a "genocide" lawsuit will be coming from Kosovo which isn't even a member of the UN and is led by people about to be indicted for war crimes of their own, you dismiss facts because of something you read by Serbian law experts ironically on a Serbian site you're posting your comments from as "commie". But ok roberto, "you" continue in your crusade as if you think you're part of the legal team that will eventually nail Serbia to the wall. Better yet, give Thaci your contact info including your Facebook profile page. Maybe he can keep you on legal retainer since a fictitious lawsuit needs fictitious legal advice from fictitious activists without a credible publication to their name.

Get help roberto. Get serious psychological help. You've mentally deteriorated to the point where you actually believe you're an activist who will work with any undesirable group just as long as it's against Serbia. You are in desperate need for attention and should be institutionalized in the same place as Lenard and Rocky since all three of you suffer from delusions of grandeur.

Somehow B-92 always has a ready supply of "experts" ready to get their beloved country off the hook for all of its evil acts from the past. It is more than convenient. Nevertheless we will proceed with the genocide (or 'genocide' as their press calls it)lawsuit, despite all of their self-appointed experts, and we shall see about the outcome.
One way or another we have to demand reparations from Belgrade. Their needs to be an international group of experts set up to administer a reparations fund, and then determine eligibility of recipients. Families of the murdered, rape survivors, those whose property was burned and destroyed, those who are torture survivors, cultural institutions, etc. It will all have to be worked out.
As to victims of non-Serbian state terror, there should also be a fund set up. Clearly there were some victims of individual KLA non-state actors, and they deserve compensation, whatever their ethnicity.
It is complex and will be difficult, but not impossible. We will pursue reparations to the bitter end, despite all of their many lies and tricks...

Ironically, Kosovo cannot bring the suit due to technicalities not because of merit!
But Genocide would be hard to prove. Milosevic and co. used coercion, intimidation, murder, rape, torture, brutality, arson, vandalism, theft etc. to cause the Albanians to leave Kosovo. If genocide had been the ultimate goal there would have been more deaths and massive executions similar to Srebrenica.
So the war crimes of Serbia were horrendous and evil, but genocide would be very hard to prove in an international court.
Genocide seems to be a word that is thrown around very loosely in the Balkans.

The usual Thaci bulls**t for domestic consumption. Remember how he threatened to sue Dick Marty over his 'slander' of accusing him and his honorable gang members of organ harvesting? And, what happened? Nothing, what else!

April fools?

Firstly, what genocide is Thaci talking about?
Or has Thaci just been smoking way too much of his own product? ...again?
Secondly, not only is KosovA* not a signatory to the Convention on Genocide, it is not even a country!
It is not recognized by the EU, UN, Arab league, African Union or most international organizations.

Thaci is great when it comes to promoting his own ignorance and stupidity.
He should start wearing a red nose and clown suite :-)
This is what happens when you have an illiterate, small time drug dealer, and organ trafficker running the province.
