Please Mr. Vucic, tell us, in what language did you communicate with these "Serbs" in Albania?
I bet you used an Albanian translator because these so-called Serbs don't speak any Serbian :))

Dont you know Albanians every one is a Serb http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vlachs_of_Serbia#Legal_status they just don't know it. Serbs even disguise them self's pretending to be other minorities to get funding from Greater Belgrade Serbia fascism only tip of the iceberg. That is why Serbs make them self's so very popular among its neighboring country's. You probably thought it is because they take good selfies of them self's.

This is the biggest distortion of facts I have seen. There are 0 Serbs living in Albania. The census found exactly 366 self declared Montenegrins in Shkodra area. For funding purposes, sometimes they declare themselves as Montenegrin and sometimes as Serbs. That is why the many associations call themselves either Slavs or Serbo-Montenegrin. Anyhow, one village can hardly constitute a minority and Serbia knows this all too well. So the Serbian Embassy has been trying to recruit Bosnian Muslims from central Albania Fier region to the cause. A few hundred of them were left stranded in the port of Durres by an Austro-Hungarian ship more than 100 years ago.
One thing is for certain, there is no Serb minority in Albania and they can never be equated with the Albanian people living in their ancestral lands in southern Serbia, where they constitute the majority in several municipalities and form a cohesive population.
On the other hand, if Serbia wants to squander some funds and give them to some "minority leaders" and make them rich, be our guest, no one cares.

How come you dont have a picture of the "serbian" community in Albania, or is it just propaganda!? To my understanding and having carried out research on minorities in Albania, i have come across bosnians, slav bulgarians (fyrm), montenegrins, greeks, roma, but never serbians!!! This minorities together make up about 5% of the whole population.
