Delon, of course you should because as it is stated 2/3 of the minority representatives needs to agree for this to pass and that will never happen so keep dreaming about an army :)

The KLA has been disbanded 16 years, the men who fought during that time are in their 40's and 50's and 60's. Most armies are looking for younger recruits.
The army would be trained under NATO supervision and rules.
The force is looking at 5000 at least initially, and would not grow significantly for decades.
Serbia is looking toward the EU, Kosovo is looking toward the EU, there is not really a military enemy between the two.
All Serbs deliver flowers and warmth toward the Albanians so no way they could be considered a threat to their life or liberty-right?
It is apparent UNSC 1244 is going no where so the only real threat to Serbian aggression is and will be NATO forces or to be politically correct Kfor forces under NATO command. By the way if you read 1244 you will find no where in there does it say that a future army in Kosovo is not allowed, it only tackles disarming the KLA, which no longer exists as an organization. The only future provision that it covers is that Serbs forces will NOT be allowed to return.
Personally, I don't see the need to advance past the present Kosovo Security Force and think since it is already established the focus should be on expanding it and creating positive jobs for the K youth of all ethnic groups together. That is the only way to create a future and release the hold that the old world schizos that want to preserve the hate such as your self.

"An yother armed formation, almost mono-ethnic, composed of members of the majority community, is perceived by the people I belong to as a threat and potential danger for the whole region," said Stojanovic.

Might be true, but a bigger problem is that it won't only be 'composed of members of the majority community', but composed of members of the former KLA terrorist groups and other 'freedom fighters/war criminals'. It won't be like an army in a democratic state, but more like the 'army' of the IS.
