Thaci wants to "spoil" Vucic's trip - minister

I guess one has to wonder WHY Vulin was removed from his post as Minister without Portfolio in charge of Kosovo?? Could it be he embarrassed Serbia too many times??
I am sure that Thaci who has been saying this many times before said it at the UNSC explicitly to "ruin" Vucic's trip to Albania?
