What is the problem here? These so called US Albanians went into another country to fight against the Serbian State, no trial is necessary as they are not a recognized army and the KLA was on the CIA Terrorist watch list. They are mercenaries and are not protected under the Geneva convention. As for the US, do you really think that Snowden would get a fair trial? The death penalty is still in force in the US for treason against the state.

Pristina and Tirana, are not the capitals of war criminals but Belgrade is.
(Loda, 27 May 2015 16:34)

That's your attempt at a comeback? Use Nazis as a comparison? Remember it was Albanians who collaborated with the Nazis, not Serbs. Everyone in Europe associates Albanians with crime, poverty, and misery. The only reason why war crimes aren't associated is because they're all protected by the West, and those brave enough to stand up for human rights are found dead. Wait until that war crimes tribunal you're dragging your feet is established. The KLA and all other "freedom fighters" will be right up there with the worst of the worst while Belgrade will continue to enjoy being a major European city.

Maybe we albanians did not give much to the world, but we did not commit the worst crimes in europe after the Nazi Germany. Pristina and Tirana, are not the capitals of war criminals but Belgrade is.

Look at where they are today and picture where Serbia will be in another 50 years, still a bottom feeder to the EU with a nationalistic political leadership. And most probably a census somewhere around 40% of what it is today. Probably still holding onto the organ harvesting myth.
(think again, 27 May 2015 03:11)

That sounds more like Albanians than anyone else. Bottom of the barrel 50 years ago, bottom of the barrel today, and in 50 years still bottom of the barrel for Europe. Your population may increase by 40% but it will be a bunch of nationalistic daydreamers still holding to the myths that you're somehow the root of European civilization even though you've never produced anything of value to the rest of the world.

Well, if you put it that way, let me think, no you still deserved more than what you got.
Once the bombs started they should not have stopped until there was an unconditional surrender, the same as in Germany and Japan.

So many other murders, mass graves - and yes, we are still waiting to locate the remains of Ukshin Hoti. Perhaps soon, as we have some good leads.
(roberto, 26 May 2015 21:00)

Hey bobby boy, just a quick question that I hope won't take up too much time out of your pseudo activism:

Are you as much concerned about the countless murders of Kosovo Serbs since 1999 that have gone unchecked and the number of murderers on the loose in Kosovo among the Albanian clan network as you are about three dead Americans?

Of course you're not because dead Serbs mean nothing to you: only people killed BY Serbs. Including those hearsay.

Are you even an activist because you love writing in the first person plural as if you're somehow involved in these cases, but your name comes up nowhere on the Internet except here and other places you love to bloviate.

Narrow-minded hypocritical fraud. Always was. Always will be.

The assassination of the Bytyqi brothers is just one more of the war crimes that Serbia has refused to accept responsibility for. Instead they have played their usual games of denial, obfuscation, and playing for time. So many other murders, mass graves - and yes, we are still waiting to locate the remains of Ukshin Hoti. Perhaps soon, as we have some good leads.

The main difference here is that the brothers were American citizens, and so, for better or for worse, these are the ppl that America cares about. You will have to prosecute the murderers and those who commanded it, whether they are still in power or not. Does "Guri" ring a bell??

Still you see there is so little remorse on the side of the aggressors. It means they very much can do it again...

Are you seriously trying to justify the killing of these guys?.
(Loda, 26 May 2015 16:36

I'm not. I'm saying when people go somewhere with the specific intent to take up arms and fight in combat, there exist the possibility they could die. It's nothing good about that, but what Serbian civilian has this much of a voice after they were murdered? Much less an actual soldier. Why so much sympathy? Just like the sympathy expressed when the terrorists' bodies were returned from Kumanovo to the families. A hero's welcome? Military uniforms? This sort of attitude is just dangerous for the Balkans.

These 'tough guys' came to Serbia to kill Serbs. Instead, they were killed. Too bad. Such is war.

And please, I'm tired of hearing about justice for those arrested during wartime. How come these same legal experts are silent when it comes to the authorities of Kosovo arresting those who kill Serb civilians, desecrate their churches and monasteries and vandalize their homes? You live by the sword, you die by the sword. Three more Albanian terrorists gone. The world is a better place without them in it.

Hey Lenny, how's the family doing? Any luck getting out of that cardboard box they've been living in? Like I said earlier, you live by the sword, you die by the sword. You have your hero Tudjman to thank for your family's misfortunes. Have a great day.

Not sure how killing someone looking for combat is somehow worse than harvesting organs of civilians and selling them on the black market.
(Ari Gold, 26 May 2015 12:06)

When you arrest someone you are not suppose to kill without a trial or evidence, but talking about Serb Savages here.

Geneva convention anyone?

So by your account any Serb paramilitary is fair game?

"The case of the Bytyqi brothers, like all others where Albanians were killed and then buried in Serbia during the dark period of war, it is a great stain on the state of Serbia, in particular the police and military authorities," says editor of the weekly Vreme Filip Svarm.

First of all, who is he of any importance? Secondly, it clearly states later in this article "The Bytyqi brothers in 1999 came to Kosovo to fight as members of the KLA. They were arrested when they entered central Serbia"

^^^^they not only traveled across the world to to fight for a terror group in Kosovo-Metohija, but then were planning to make their way to Presevo for the conflicts in 2000.
