Very good question and when you answer it expect a Nobel Prize in your future. In case Sweden has failed to educate you or Serbia or wherever, that is the big mystery that has scientists puzzled and no one has come up with a definitive answer.
They know that certain chemicals and radiations are related to some instances of cancer but they do not know WHY when two people who are exposed to the same "carcinogen" one will develop cancer and the other will not.
But since you have introduced your conspiracy theory, let me introduce my theory, What if the Serbian doctors have been lying in order to get him out and now after 8 months he has started chemotherapy, so he would be in danger to go back??? Maybe he is not sick at all!

But my personal favorite view is that all the evil has built up and is now consuming the fleshy vessel.

I have eaten many times in the Netherlands and I admit that the food was not very good, but it didn't kill me.
Guess I wasn't an American target.

So could you please provide us with a list of people who the Americans have so skillfully murdered and made it look like diseases and natural causes?

Generally speaking, when accusing individuals or entire nations, it is good practice to provide facts and proof.
Otherwise one may come across as the Swedish village fool.

Are you serious, you really think that Milosevic could possibly have said anything in the Hague that people other than serb fanatics like you would have believed. Having his meals prepared for him at the Hague and absence of alcohol in the Hague probably extended his life.

Don't quite understand why Serbs have a hard time understanding what an Appeals Chamber is and its function. Don't know the Serbian court system, probably several centuries behind the rest of the world though.
But basically the trial court handles a trial, during the course of that trial it will issue many rulings (such as release of a defendant until the end of a trial). Either party not happy with the rulings of the trial court has the opportunity to challenge that ruling in the Appeals Chamber. After the Chamber examines the information it either allows the ruling to stand, strikes it down, or sends it back to the trial court for reconsideration.
Of course if Serbs do not recognize the authority of the Appeals Chamber, then I am sure no one has an issue of sending the many Serbs who had their sentences reduced by the Appeals Chamber back to the Hague to finish serving their original sentence.

It appears you haven't been following the farce at the ICTY in detail and your list is incomplete. At the ICTY the AC also issues orders for the TC to strikedown their own orders! Stupidity and Lunacy run amok..... if you really think about it.

the Hague is a joke. That place needs to be shut down - they have only managed to kill people e.g Milosevic and are trying to do the same with Seselj as they can not charge them/him with anything hence why this whole process has taken so long.
