That is even going to get worse. The EU is scrapping the milk quotas it has put in place somewhere in the 80s to limit the amount of milk that is produced. Farmers in the EU can now produce more milk which will drive prices down even further. Only the big farms in the EU will profit from that, just like it are mostly the big farms that profit from EU-CAP.
