Serbia introduces new model for housing Roma

'We Are Here Together - European Support for Roma Inclusion' :D Who picked that name? Stalin? All projects in history to settle Roma failed. And all projects to settle down Roma in the future will fail. Guess why? Because Roma do not want to settle down! Just give them a horse and a carriage and a tent and then leave them alone. Then they can trek through the lands and will be happy. But then again, people who want to be free and do not settle down and don't want to be be controlled by the government, that's not exactly what our supreme soviet in Brussels desires for it's subjects, am I right?
