I worked for UNMIK for 8 years, and I mist my paycheck dearly since we all got paid for doing nothing. Now , I missed even more just to see a single coca cola police vehicle or just UN white vehicle in Kosova. I am dying to know what Dacic is mumbling about unreduced mission??? I wish I had the job of this so called SRSG Zarif. Does anybody know where he resides, where his office is located, and what are his daily duties??? Anybody can help on his whereabouts!

This is such a humorous statement. Considering up until the entrance of Eulex the Serbs refused to cooperate with UNMIK. They refused to participate in UNMIK called elections.
Now that they are reduced to approximate staff of 350 with 2/3s of that being local staff of menial jobs, the Serb leaders boast of their importance.
It is only because the Albanian leadership rejects their oversight that Serbs embrace them. UNMIK itself has admitted that it has no ability to exercise authority over the Pristina government. They have handed all authority over to the Pristina institutions as mandated by 1244 and are now merely a reporting agency.
