Once again you are guilty of speaking without knowing!
True Kfor is comprised of many countries that are not NATO but:
"The international security presence with substantial North Atlantic Treaty Organization participation must be deployed under unified command and control and authorized to establish a safe environment for all people in Kosovo and to facilitate the safe return to their homes of all displaced persons and refugees."
Note "unified command" the commander of Kfor has always been and will always be from a NATO country. Thus Kfor is under NATO command.
While it is also to provide a safe environment to all peoples Serbs are specifically mandated it says all peoples, which is why Kfor reacted to the Serb uprisings in the north as well as Albanian ones.
Ironic though the part about safe returns of displaced persons and refugees, while this covers all people the majority of displaced Serbs did not occur until after the enactment of 1244 as Serb military and police withdrew.
But do not forget:
"and ensuring the withdrawal and preventing the return into Kosovo of Federal and Republic military, police and paramilitary forces, except as provided in point 6 of annex 2;"
Note the provision and preventing the return.
Under Russian approval Serbian forces cannot enter Kosovo and NATO and those UNDER its command have the authority to use whatever force necessary to prevent it.

"But it has helped to keep NATO forces at the border to protect Kosovo citizens from any Serbian incursion. "

If you mean the international KFOR forced (which are made up not only from soldiers of NATO member countries, in case you don't know): Their task is more to protect the few leftover Serbs in Kosovo who were not expelled and to protect the cultural heritage against attacks and destruction my Kosovo Albanian mob (which are not allowed to be called 'savages')

"Serbia can still fully count on Russia's support in the issues of protecting its sovereignty and territorial integrity with regard to Kosovo," he stated.

Joke of the day. A Russian talking about respecting 'sovereignty and territorial integrity' is like a priest teaching about how to have sex.

Or does he mean only 'with regard to Kosovo'? What Russia thinks about 'territorial integrity' 'sovereignty' and supporting ethnic separatists we could see last year.

I don't know what Serbian Government is doing. First of all the EU nor Russia care about the Serbian People. Vucic tell the EU you want nothing with them until Kosovo is completely returned to Serbia and who does not like living there can go back to whatever country they came from. Russia? what a joke they stood there and watched the terrorists bomb Serbia for 78 days straight without doing a damn thing. Serbian Government time to grow up!

Russian hypocrisy at its finest. They support right of self determination in Crimea, but not in Kosovo even though Albanians make up a larger percentage of Kosovo than Russians make up Crimea.

So everything is fine between Serbia and Russia ?
No big cloud in the near future? Are Serbs happy with the actual trade with Moscow?
Seems all fairy tales...reality will quickly bite !

Serbia can count on Russia's full support over Kosovo:

Trade relations between Serbia and Russia saw a 7.6% increase, with Russian EXPORTS to Serbia reaching a 20% increase. Now for an overall increase simple math says Russian exports +20 then Serbian exports would have to see a -4.8 to average out to a +7.6.

Serbia can count on Russia's full support over Kosovo

The restriction on agricultural products "situation proved favorable to increase shipment of respective goods from Serbia," Lukashevich said." but notice it did not say there was an increase only that the situation was favorable.

Serbia can count on Russia's full support over Kosovo!

while Serbian leaders "accepted with understanding" the decision to abandon the South Stream project.

Serbia can count on Russia's full support over Kosovo.

Now what does that mean? They might probably use their ability to keep Kosovo from gaining a UN seat ,maybe, but it has not been useful in blocking Kosovo from joining numerous athletic organizations or the WB or the IMF. It has not allowed for Serb politicians to travel at will through Kosovo.
But it has helped to keep NATO forces at the border to protect Kosovo citizens from any Serbian incursion.
Serbian leaders have praised the Russian leadership, shined their shoes, brought them breakfast in bed and any other person needs they had, But importantly
Serbia can count on ...
