Don't worry about Rocky he/she has obviously forgotten to take their medication. Reparations for what? Defending your OWN territory against a bunch of renegade insurgents doesn't warrant anything other than praise tinged with a touch of sadness that others got involved and scewered the outcome.

Where have you been, The EU doesn't recognize the "republic of Kosovo". Prime Minister Dacic has it spot on, you should do more research before you spout off.

On board hmmm? How about The Republic Of Kosova & the reparations owed to Kosova's people for Serbian aggression in the 1990s? How about the reunification of the Albanian nation and their ancestral lands? Are you really on the same page Serbia? I don't thinks so, far from it!!!
