For the Albanians Toma had the Chinese cast special ones. An elaborate scripted single sided one in the shape of a human kidney that reads Great Albania and a double sided one of a burning church and a desecrated Christian cemetery.

Somewhere in China there is a sweat shop doing a very lucrative business making these trinkets for the Serbian govt. And you know ever leader in the modern world is very crushed if they have not yet made some honorary something in Serbia.
I heard that good ole Fidel was upset though as he could not get the glitter off his backside after using the sash for its best purpose.
