With a 160 complaints lodged against this suspect and if the authorities or prosecutors (provided it proceeds to a court of law) could present irrefutable evidence against the suspect could he or he or she therefore be subject to a lenghty prison sentence? As an example if this occured in United States a suspect could be facing a lenghty prison sentence ( unless a defendant could plea bargain) especially since the country is the most incarcerated nation in the world and for that matter the U.S. generally pursues a "tough on crime" policy or stance.
