In a "good year" Serbia piles on a defiset of 7 billion euros that has to borrow to finance it. The problem with Serbs they delusinaly think that they live in ex Yugo. When they put them selfs in lazy incompetent communist beaucrasy over 70% when Serbs were 30% of Yugo population. One of the main reasons Serbs went criminaly crazy berserk at no more free breakfast, lunch & dinner a so sad baby. Now they have to work for a living but it is so hard work and think instead of robing others.

Progressive Tax
First 15,000RSD Tax 0%
15,001-30,000 at 30%
30,001-60,000 at 50%
60,001 + at 65%

Set a minimum wage of of 32,500 RSD clear take home. Rising to 42,500 in 5 years (if economy allows).

Prince,
You have to lay off the slivo when attempting to reason!
e.g. According to your "plan", you advocate taxing your proposed minimum wage at 50%.

Serbian politicians need to be more aggressive in moving the economy from socialist/cronyism to a market economy. Unfortunately here are political and financial reasons for the parties to want the state to hold on to ownership in enterprises and means to interfere with the private sector; but the country desperately needs economic growth and that can only happen when the government gets out of the way and gives small Serbian businesses room to grow. Merely complying with IMF and EU dictates will not be enough - real change in the role of the state is necessary.

Amazing thats a reduction of 1.7 billion RSD since 3 days ago!
"The Serbian government has said that the budget deficit stands at RSD 21 billion for the first four months of 2015"

It would be amazing if there were jobs to show for this hardship over last THREE years SNP have been leading. Comparing their poor effort last year is not a sure sign of good economics more like a sign it can't get any worse!

Odd that a "progressive" party can't do something simple in terms of reforms and simplify the whole process in collecting work related Tax, National Insurance & Pension contributions with Progressive taxes. Progressive taxes would remove the "risk-benefit" to employers who pay by cash and do not register workers. Additionally step up the tax evasion enforcement policy and the grey economy would disappear in a year!

In a year the deficit would be a surplus, more taxes collected from more employees who do actually work already, plus the labour economic indicators would reflect the real character of the economy. Increased minimum wage will boost economy as people have more in the pocket and reduce reliance on gov. to provide social benefits to those employed illegally.
