@EU is a joke
Would you please enlighten us as to which countries are leaving the EU and which ones wish to leave?
As far as I know, no country has left the union and no country, including Greece, has announced its departure.
On the contrary, the majority of voters in the member states wish to remain in the union.
Please check your facts prior to making accusations of national stupidity.

@Jeff
The European Coal and Steel Community (ECSC), established in 1952, lead to the founding of the European Union. The purpose, in short, was to eradicate nationalism and prevent further wars on the European continent.
Your comment: "Screw our neighbors" does not in any way reflect the spirit of the union, an union that Serbia officially wishes to join.
Furthermore, Serbia has not fulfilled its side of the bargain as not a single chapter has been opened yet for negotiations.

Screw our neighbours. All they want to do is screw us. No, we haven't got time to waste. Stick or twist time. Either you want us or you don't. We have fulfilled our side of the bargain, and more.
