Some 4000? Even Wikipedia says it is more than 6000 out of 8000 who were identified by DNA analysis and buried so far.

It could have been a fortune teller in Malaysia who had never been anywhere else in the world and that would have been reason enough for you. And I don't think that anyone is afraid of a new investigation except Serbs in reality. The only reason Dodik says this is he knows that NO ONE is going to take interest in a new investigation.
