The Anti-Corruption Council called on Monday for an inquiry into why EPS "blocked domestic companies from bidding in the tender for smart meters."

Well Ida some one thought Serbs and smart don't go together it would be very oxymoronical. That the Serbs would screw it up then everyone would get free utilities especialy in goverment and their friendly cronies. Infact the meters would run backward and pay them.

Well does EPS have foreign advisers, like Tony Blair? It seems under the recent and current governments that everything is catered to foreign companies and harming Serbian ones.
This is NOT a recipe for a healthy economy, but for a sick one.

The government is not going to ever get out of debt if it is screwing the companies of its own country.
