History teaches us that ever since the Serbs arrived to Southern Europe there has been nothing but turmoil, war, rape & pillage! They are the only race of people that will surround a civilian & unarmed village rape all the females aged 10 & up, in front of their fathers, then slit thier throats, and then massacre all the males, pillage anything of use to them, and then raze the whole village down in a inferno!!! This has been the case with radicalized Serbs for 100s of years!!! The history books don't claim this for nothing & they haven't been written down to be interpreted as comic books!
There is but 1 solution here! Serbia's needs to be invaded by the civilized world & a rehabilitation program needs to be strictly enforced upon every one of them aged 12 & up, period!!! Thaci played his cards quite well this time. He was able to point out that his arrest warrant is total nonsense and comical when Blair walks freely in Belgrade, and when Vucic and Dacic meet with Thaci constantly. He brought attention to this issue when Serbia needs to prove that its not aggressive towards Kosova and its leaders, and at a time when Serbia needs to prove that it is no longer the land of Milosevic. He's quite limited in what he can do and what he can say, particularly when it comes to official statements and handshakes. This is little more than an attempt at appeasing an increasingly agitated K-Albanian public who are sick of him and his corruption. He knows perfectly well no one would lay a finger on him in Belgrade. Not because Serbian officials would be forced to back down, but because arresting him would eliminate their best ally in Kosovo. He's practically giving Serbs everything they want short of Kosovo itself, so he's relatively safe in saying what he did because nothing will come of it. If he manages to get some support from Kosovo, good for him, but we all know he owes his job, his power, and his freedom to the international powers that use him to their advantage.

My point is that he's using his peculiar position quite well. Speaking from both sides of his mouth and playing both sides at the same time. I just wanted to point out that Serbs here, and in Serbia see him as a nobody who can't do anything. This is in fact his strength. He's been operating from this position for the past 2 decades, and has been quite successful at it. You undervalue his abilities. I suspect he is not barking without any international support. He didn't do this when he was actually arrested in airports, but he's doing it now.The timing seems right.

Fear? Does someone really expect people like Thaci et.al. have anything to fear from a 'Kosova war crime court'? If it will be formed at all, it will be a pure alibi institution, and it will convict some minor scapegoats for the committed crimes (if at all) - the responsible leaders will get away, as usual.
