Very smart of yours. I think that's why it's called investment, and not charity. Talking about donations, there was the number 1 billion mentioned in the article that WERE donations. About the difference between donations and investment, I recommends you to read the beginner's book of economy.

Nonsense. The germans want to keep Serbia down. And these investments they make, I guarantee you it isn't charity. They are making money otherwise wouldn't be there. Pretending that this is some kind of generosity is ridiculous. And any loans are changing great market rates.
