Nine injured in Kosovo collective center fire

Nine persons have been injured in a fire that broke out in one unit of the Center for Collective Accommodation in Malisevo in Kosovo.

Is it a collective center for internally displaced people? Is it for the Roma? I don't think there are any Serbs living there, but Wikipedia lists a few Roma.

"collective center" is the most primitive English term used in Balkan countries. This was a residential building, no more no less. Who cares who lives there, if its romas,serbs, albanians, russians,americans, etc...
