Europe "collectively guilty" for drowning of migrants
Europe is collectively guilty of letting hundreds of migrants die in the Mediterranean, says a former French minister and founder of Doctors Without Borders.
Europe is not responsible kouchner.It's youd own countryFrance and the UK who are desponsible for the destruction of Libya.Sarkozi and Cameron must be sent to ICJ for the deaths of thousands of Libyans.
