Arrest Thaci and send him to Hague Tribunal, just like they did to Milosevic, maybe that's were he will end as well.

Since Russia is insisting that the mandate at the Hague is not extended, it is doubtful your fantasy will ever be fulfilled.
As far as this war crimes court, the most it will ever produce is some convictions of low and middle level personnel, much like the ICTY has done. It is not going to reveal some master genocidal plan led by one or two individuals, like in the case of Milosevic and Seselj.
The most that Dick Marty or Clint Williamson has been able to "infer" is that Thaci had ties with mafia organizations, a difference in ties and control. Much like the ties that have been uncovered with your own Dacic. But even at that those are NOT war crimes and would not be subject to jurisdiction of a new "war crimes" tribunal nor the Hague.
Just like Dacic could not be sent to the Hague for his "associations" neither can Thaci.
Now if you have actual proof of war crimes he committed hop a bus and testify, but all you have is the same rumors floating from Serb website to website, which is as valuable as a Ruble in New York.

What procedure? The Brussels agreement is so vague and opaque that it qualifies as hardcore porn for Eurocrats to collectively masterbait to.

I see Walter, that you support the murderers of Serbs. I wonder if you'd shake hands with someone who killed a relative of yours but was protected by the government.
And just because the government officials are traitorous, doesn't mean the Serbian people agree with them, nor the Serbian police who suffered terrorism and murder at the hands of Albanian criminals and the KLA who initiated the war in the first place - and also ran torture camps of Serbs (and moderate Albanians) all over Kosmet.

Just let him come, you are shaking hands with him in Brussels for god sake, why the hypocrisy? It's equally funny when they say Kosovo is part of Serbia according to the constitution as saying he should be arrested by 'law'. Don't get me wrong, i'm not anti-Serb, i just hate the stupidity of the Serbian government..... When did they ever respect the law? HYPOCRITES.
