"EU won't set conditions it knows we won't fulfill"

MP Milovan Drecun (SNS) says he "believes" that the EU will not set conditions before Serbia that it knows in advance the country "won't fulfill."

Dear sir you can choose to believe whatever you like, but all this can be just daydreaming. For example: "I believe that I am the cleverest man in the face of the earth." Can you dare to say that, this thought of mine is not true????????
