You just made that up! Slovenia had a referedum for both EU and NATO membership as completely separate issues, they voted yes to both

I am not Serbia -- but Asian -- and I am a fan of tennis player Nole Djokovic ...
but I must say -- the western "NATO" powers with their American Master -- are such HYPOCRITES.
they dismember Yugoslavia, bomb Serbia - set Serbia up as "the aggressor" to justify their take-over of Serbia -- and THEN have the gall to say "not even Serbia" is "forced to join Nato".

when the terrible floods devastated Serbia, and Montenegro and Croatia last spring -- NATO and USA-led West hardly, if ever printed anything about that -- and hardly if any sent any aid. as NOLE Djokovic appealed for international help said:
"we are begging for help for my people and also our cousins in Croatia and Montenegro -- please help -- only our Russian cousins have come to help us...I am donating all my championship earning from Madrid Open to contribute".

As the head of an organisation that mercilessly bombed Belgrade, I doubt whether his fond memories of that city count for much. Or am I being cynical.

The man is an embarrasment and nothing he says can be taken at face value. He was in Washington D.C. recently and even Obama dissed him by not finding the time to see him - the first time a visiting NATO Secretary-General to the United States has not been received by the US Presdient.
NATO lives by sucking the blood out of new countries to rejuvenate its own rotting corpse, those counties believing joining NATO is obligatory to join the western club of degenrates who have shat away any credibility they ever have by their endless wars that have brought nothing by death and destruction.
It's just another bankrupt club for cracked old western pensioners.
