All these planes should have a remote controller , which is in capacity to take over the control of the plane and land it safely in case they notice ominous behaviour of the plane and this control should start when the plane has descended to a certain height, which one I do not remember.
Why didnt this security function work in this case ? Maybe the sick pilot knew how to disable this? If possible ?
And why was the plane scattered into small pieces over a wide region, that is quite unnormal for a crash in mountain regions, at least according to sources I have come in contact with.

Was the co-pilot really alone up front in the control room? Was any body up front in the control room? Who was really up front in the control room?

Terrible tragedy!
May they rest in peace.
Ilir - right on the spot. Taking your own life is terrible enough, why bring so much misery to the families of so many?
Rocky - technology is probably at that level now. Unfortunately, technology can fail too.
I remembered the old joke.
"Dear passengers. Welcome to first fully automated, pilotless flight. Relax and enjoy. Nothing can go wrong...can go wrong...can go wrong...can go wrong...

(Terrorism Defined, 26 March 2015 15:27) Because at this time there is no evidence this was an act of terror. Mass murder is not in and of itself an act of terrorism unless it is in pursuit of a political goal.

Perhaps you should research the word terror, which is the term I used in my post.

The oxforddictionary website defines terror:
terror
Line breaks: ter¦ror
Pronunciation: /ˈtɛrə/
Definition of terror in English:
noun
1 [MASS NOUN] Extreme fear:
people fled in terror
[IN SINGULAR]: she had a terror of darkness.

Terror may or may not include a political goal. I`m sorry that you had to waste the creation of yet another useless moniker for yourself. Do you wish to follow-up with a new name?

To the innocent victims, May you all have eternal peace!

And a side thought... I would believe that the world has advanced to the point were technology can start to be developed to fly these passenger aircraft remotely, or use sophisticated & intelligent robotic systems to do what it seems that some humans are having a problem with doing! Again, just a thought, as a dramatic change of this kind would require huge capital for research & development and years of sophisticated testing, remember the key here is we all should be trying to limit & help prevent such human inflicted tragedy's from occurring again!

A horrible tragedy. The allegation that a human may have intentionally sabotaged the flight describes a pure act of terror. Why does B92 quote individuals that prejudiciously do not consider this terror?
