Yes, it's not an irrelevant party, but in France, the Front Nationale isn't small, neither - and still both parties with their ideology are right wing extremists without a doubt.

Can you explain what makes them extremists?
We can say that mainstream parties are extremists because they force minoirity wants on the majority. In democracy the majority rules but it doesn't look like it any longer.

The Freedom Party led by Strache is currently the most popular party in Austria. I realize anyone who doesn't believe in EU fanaticism is always considered an "extremist", but fact is the FPO are not a fringe/irrelevant party in Austria.

Freedom Party of Austria? So B92 is quoting a far right and nationalist politician from Austria. My oh my how the journalistic standards at B92 have fallen since the 90's, when B92 was one of the decent and unbiased sources of information.

Yes, just as roberto has boringly repeated and can't stay away from B92.
Comical.

Also, poorly and monotonously, he attempts to discredit dissent and stifle debate. Reminiscent of WWII and Germany.

Anyone with at least a couple of brain cells in their head knows this to be true.

Speaking about Crimea, Strache said that it was "a difficult case" and that there was a historical justification "for the Russian annexation."

He's in good tradition. Another Austrian party leader.. hmm, no, to be exact, a German party leader originally coming from Austria argued the same about the annexation of Bohemia. This was more than 80 years ago.

Somehow strange that B92 seems to like to quote statements coming from various right-wing extremist party leaders from all over Europe.

And somehow strange that both left wing extremists and right wing extremists seem to like to defend and justify the aggressive actions of Russia against a neighbor state.
