All sovereign countries have a right to engage bilaterally or multilaterally in their international affairs. This is the second time that the governments of Albania and Kosovo sit together and sign bilateral agreements. It is a well known norm applied by Serbia with RS and Macedonia as well. Albania is working on doing the same with Macedonia and Italy. One not too distant day the same will be possible between Albania and Serbia.
On the question of "Greater Albania", its a term used in Belgrade to counterbalance the "Greater Serbia" narrative, that was forcefully put to a stop by the international community. There is a clear distinction between the two. While Serbia tried to change borders, Albania wants to erase them through EU integration! This is a major difference. The borders of the Western Balkans are to become irrelevant because that is what EU integration means; integrating economies (common market), finances (EURO), foreign and defense policies and territories (Schengen). This way the citizens of Albania, BiH, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia will join the rest of Europe as equals. This doesn't mean that Albania and Kosovo will unite and have Tirana as a capital. No! Each country will maintain its limited sovereignty and control, but Brussels will be the true capital.
Keeping in mind globalization, historical problems, demographics and economies, this is the best alternative for the Western Balkans and all governments agree on this.

Macedonia sooner rather than later will have to cut off the finger to save the hand. As for Albanians in Montenegro, they are in a country with an uncertain future. Montenegrins are a minority in their own country....and would not have even won the independence referendum in 2006 if it wasn't for the 7% percent of the electorate that was Albanian and overwhelmingly voted yes. These two regions, Western Macedonia and the Albanian areas of Montenegro will without a doubt be in this Greater Albania project. The only part that I see as being unrealistic is Northern Greece being a part of Albania, its preposterous since Albanians don't even constitute a aignificant part of the population their anymore and most now live in Athens. Also I can see a territorial exchange by the Serbs and Albanians in regards to Northern Kosovo and the Presevo Valley. Greater Albania is alive and well. Mark my words. I believe that Serbia should be unpredictable in some of the issues. Also Serbia should not act directly like a train but offer asymmetric solutions even if they smell with blackmail and madness. See how the Greeks behave ! Are they something stupid ? Of course they aren’t. Think their tactics about the contribution will be fruitful. They will not have it but they will be compensated. So must do Serbia because blackmail is one of the main instruments Europe’s been using for centuries. This is the language they understand.

Such a strategy can be good only if the idea becomes a national-wide consensus. Because Yankees never buy nations preferring to spend their money for the elites only. So any crazy idea may become a tool for a good blackmail. For instance Serbia may demand compensations for the lost lands. As a compromise it may not necessarily be traditional Serbian soil as well. I am not sure about Montenegro because here I would chose the Russian strategy of the Russian World.

But in other cases Serbs may demand an exchange with Albania, Croatia and BiH. Why not have an access to the Adriatic’s ? I don’t say that this strategy will work but it will drop the already poor ratings of all the neighbors. It will also stop them from entering some organizations ect. But most important is that the West will come to realize that those Serbs are even more crazy than we used to think and best if we stop teasing them.

I hope you try. Obviously the smart thing to do would be to be happy with what NATO has allowed you to steal and work on bringing Albanian society into the modern world. Instead, Kosovo-Metohija has seen a mass exodus of Albanians, way more than were ever "ethnically cleansed" during the 90s.

I believe that Serbia should be unpredictable in some of the issues. Also Serbia should not act directly like a train but offer asymmetric solutions even if they smell with blackmail and madness. See how the Greeks behave ! Are they something stupid ? Of course they aren’t. Think their tactics about the contribution will be fruitful. They will not have it but they will be compensated. So must do Serbia because blackmail is one of the main instruments Europe’s been using for centuries. This is the language they understand.

Such a strategy can be good only if the idea becomes a national-wide consensus. Because Yankees never buy nations preferring to spend their money for the elites only. So any crazy idea may become a tool for a good blackmail. For instance Serbia may demand compensations for the lost lands. As a compromise it may not necessarily be traditional Serbian soil as well. I am not sure about Montenegro because here I would chose the Russian strategy of the Russian World.

But in other cases Serbs may demand an exchange with Albania, Croatia and BiH. Why not have an access to the Adriatic’s ? I don’t say that this strategy will work but it will drop the already poor ratings of all the neighbors. It will also stop them from entering some organizations ect. But most important is that the West will come to realize that those Serbs are even more crazy than we used to think and best if we stop teasing them.

My question to you is What you going to do? Kosova and Albania will be United you like it or not.
If you do not like it go to mother Russia. All world are sick of your serbs making all kind of stupid comments about Albanians people.

Kosovo and Albania will be unified, I don't know in what form(confederation or one state) but they will be together.

Serbs better watch Vojvodona and Sanjak because in the end they will end up with Vilayet of Belgrade.
Kosovo is independent de facto from Serbia since 1999.

Greater Albania will be a reality wether anyone likes it or not. Kosovo, the biggest part of the Greater Albania project, is already won. Western Macedonia I promise you will not be a part of Macedonia anymore no later than in 25 years. The growth rate of Albanians compared to Macedonians is extremely disproportionate. Macedonia sooner rather than later will have to cut off the finger to save the hand. As for Albanians in Montenegro, they are in a country with an uncertain future. Montenegrins are a minority in their own country....and would not have even won the independence referendum in 2006 if it wasn't for the 7% percent of the electorate that was Albanian and overwhelmingly voted yes. These two regions, Western Macedonia and the Albanian areas of Montenegro will without a doubt be in this Greater Albania project. The only part that I see as being unrealistic is Northern Greece being a part of Albania, its preposterous since Albanians don't even constitute a aignificant part of the population their anymore and most now live in Athens. Also I can see a territorial exchange by the Serbs and Albanians in regards to Northern Kosovo and the Presevo Valley. Greater Albania is alive and well. Mark my words. Time, Demographics, and the current international climate are all on Albania's side.

All sovereign countries have a right to engage bilaterally or multilaterally in their international affairs. This is the second time that the governments of Albania and Kosovo sit together and sign bilateral agreements. It is a well known norm applied by Serbia with RS and Macedonia as well. Albania is working on doing the same with Macedonia and Italy. One not too distant day the same will be possible between Albania and Serbia.
On the question of "Greater Albania", its a term used in Belgrade to counterbalance the "Greater Serbia" narrative, that was forcefully put to a stop by the international community. There is a clear distinction between the two. While Serbia tried to change borders, Albania wants to erase them through EU integration! This is a major difference. The borders of the Western Balkans are to become irrelevant because that is what EU integration means; integrating economies (common market), finances (EURO), foreign and defense policies and territories (Schengen). This way the citizens of Albania, BiH, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia will join the rest of Europe as equals. This doesn't mean that Albania and Kosovo will unite and have Tirana as a capital. No! Each country will maintain its limited sovereignty and control, but Brussels will be the true capital.
Keeping in mind globalization, historical problems, demographics and economies, this is the best alternative for the Western Balkans and all governments agree on this.
