"Serbia, Albania to propose joint infrastructure projects"

This is all done in the name of peace, or the hope there would be peace. EU funded projects, not domestic spending to complete this project. The real question is what is in it for the EU? Nothing is given away and expect nothing in return, I am not buying into this, and since when did these two best of friends meet 4 times since January? I personally don't think it is necessary to have any more pathways for Albania and Serbia to connect, as a matter of fact I would come up with ideas how to close our doors to each other. I am sure there is a large Serbian portion that feels the same way. I would advise our PM's to have the people decide on this one.

If Albanians are 'uncivilised' lol, then what are Serb? Neanderthals? You Serbs always see yourself as Mini Gods. But you're not. As a Croat my advice to Albania on this project is be careful.

They are that desperate to suck from the Brussels teat some pocket change that for once they are behaving normally. Weird.
