- In 1999 Serbia should withdrew all its armed forces from Kosovo, NATO will guarantee safety of all nationalities, including their national heritage (they did)
I could probably think of another 20 or so examples when West was a guarantor of something to Serbia and Serbs, and failed to live up to their obligations.
Upon becoming a NATO member, Serbia's first assignment will be to clean Nato's toilets. Greece's toilets need to be cleaned first, as they are in the worst condition and since the Greeks are the only ones that trust Serbia.

Just Wondering, if the Russian's already realizes that they will eventually be betrayed by their Balkan brethren? Only a fool doesn't see that Serbia will soon have to become a NATO member, whether many in Serbia like it or not! Serbia sits dead smack in the middle of Nato's sphere, now do the math Einstein's of Serbia!!! And by the way, Serbia within NATO is the best thing that will happen to Southern Europe, as it will finally bring a nomadic people's mentality in line with the civilized world, and a long awaited stability to the region that has suffered more then enough from these nomads!
