The Serbian Interior Ministry (MUP) on Tuesday appealed on citizens "in possession of bombs and other mine-explosive devices" not to throw them into dumpsters.

So because a Roma man in Montenegro placed a grenade near a dumpster, the Serbian authorities are paranoid that Serbs will do it even though there hasn't been a case of it.
Now this story is receiving world coverage and people are laughing at Serbs - even though it wasn't even a Serb and didn't even happen in Serbia.

I had to read this title like 6 times before I could believe it said what it does. This is the makings of a great EU country when it has to tell its people to please not place explosives in dumpsters.
