Day of mourning observed for helicopter crash victims

A day of mourning was observed on Sunday for the seven people killed in the crash of a military helicopter in Belgrade late on Friday.

I am surprised at this crash.

Surely a well equipped helicopter should be able to follow an ILS beam down to a well equipped airport?

An open enquiry with honest published results is needed.

This isn't just a military matter - it was supposed to be landing at a major civilian airport and there could be implications for all of us who fly in and out of there.
