NATO leaders have reacted with restraint to the proposal of EC President Jean-Claude Juncker to create the army of the European Union.

Kiev is violating every single paragraph of the Minsk-2 agreements since the ink was still wet. Now it’s been a week that they developed this crazy idea about the peacekeepers. Not only such a mission must be sanctioned by the UN SC with the Russian Mr. “No!” in it but also any such a mission should be approved by both of the conflicting sides. To say nothing that peacekeepers are effective only in very rare cases. So it’s just another propagandistic rhetoric of the regime before the vital IMF solution yesterday. Now that the West gives USD 10,5 Bln. to take back USD 11 Bln.of their credits this year.
