Can someone tell me what is the maximun penalty in Serbia for attempted murder if commited by a teen? Even if I don't expect youth criminals in Serbia to be penalized the exact way as adult criminals shouldn't mean that youth criminals be totally let "off the hook." Just to inform you readers who don't reside in America that if this youth resided in America and commited this criminal act that he could be tried as an adult and I mention that because in at least some U.S. states youths of a certain age who commit homicide or attempted homicide can be charged as adults by the authorities and may end being tried as adults in a court of law.

"it's the same, in fact: Attempted murder.

Yes, and commenting gibberish on B92 is also attempted murder (of good taste).

Really???

"He has been charged with attempted murder."

That's the right charge for such an action. It should be like that, unlike in Kosovo where ethnic Albanians who attack cars and buses with rocks and stones can get away as 'playing kids' - it's the same, in fact: Attempted murder.
