For the European Union project to work at its best, there needs to be more cooperation or unity. Either will do. Not just at the structural level, but in terms of positive investment to create financially successful companies operating more on the periphery.

At the moment Germany is not encouraging a proper Union, more just defending its right to sell into other markets.
