A presidential adviser says the drafting of a Kosovo platform was "nearly finished," while its unilateral declaration of independence "would not be recognized."

"..and when asked whether Serbia "will have to recognize Kosovo before entering the EU," she replied: "No, we will not do that."
This is the correct answer, but nobody asked to recognize Kosovo, anyway.
On the other hand, it's clear that Serbia will enter the EU without the territory of Kosovo - like Cyprus is an EU member without the northern territory of the unrecognized, self proclaimed state of Northern Cyprus.

Didn't this guy already come out with a platform about Kosovo? I wonder what happened to THAT platform? If that platform is anything to go by, everyone will soon forget about this platform also. If this guy were to focus on problems that are plaguing the Serbian society as much as he is focused on the lost cause of Kosovo, Serbia would be better off.

The article clearly states the recognition of the udi is ruled out not independence. If Serbia wasnt going to remove Kosovo from its constitution and recognize Kosovo it would say so and would not have signed Brussels.
