Serb participation in Kosovo institutions remains "frozen"

Any Serb who wants to be a judge or lawyer will have to take the republic of Kosovo bar exam so all those Serbs will formally and officially recognize Kosovo independence.

He("babyface" Djuric) added that Serbs would enter those courts "based on a political agreement which is formulated in writing, and in this sense an environment and a system has been created in the north where our people will have incomparably greater influence on the judiciary."

well, it is time to consider to kick all serbs who do not want to recognize Kosovo's independence out of Kosovo. If they don't like the state they live in, and continue their subversive activities, they simply should go and live in their beloved Serbia. They are no longer welcome, and simply should move on. There won't be peace in Kosovo for as long as these people are given a chance to constantly create more problems and act like savages.

I dont know how much level of hypocrisy it takes to talk about Kosovo Aid an infant country landlocked and partially recognized world wide. Too bad for Serbia that is a country since 19th century, and still is one of the most corrupt countries in Europe, and receives aid more than any other country in the Region.

I think you misunderstood it. The CE of B92 forums sj is the only person to say that. Nobody else has ever said that there are money trees that produce $10,000 bills and two or three times a year Kosovars harvest that produce and it’s what sustains Kosovaland :)

I never said any of the above but have only asked for a source to better understand the point you are continually making. If that makes me stupid in your eyes they that says more for the great and wonderful sj than anything I could say.

The sad thing is that by not participating you give up the opportunity to influence legislation you claim is important to you such as the creation of the Assembly of Serb Munucipalities, Kosovo Armed Forces, Municipal Budgets, creation of the Criminal Court, etc....

Perhaps it’s the EU budget you need to look at.

These Albanians who comment here would have to be comedians with statements like no participation budget preparation, creation of Kosova Armed Forces and criminal court. Then there is old faithful who claims that all judges or lawyers have to take a bar exam, or even better the one that advises if Serbs don’t like it in Kosovo should move to Serbia.
The only budget you have comes from Brussels and please no BS about revenue from other sources or from so called “customs duties”. The only law bar to be passed in Kosova is where drinks are being served and hopefully for your lot its halal beer. EVERYTHING is paid for and run by the EU in Kosovo.
On the issue of moving to Serbia, well they are in Serbia. But don’t fool yourself because its Serbs that run things there and your so called leadership will do what its told, aren’t you people tired of looking stupid all the time? Having to back down on everything every time????

All countries have corruption, including the US. You can buy anything provided you have the money.
If you look at Romania, Poland, Hungary, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia, BiH, Serbia to name a few, they all have a big problem in that area. In the case of Serbia that is mainly due to the west destroying its economy and now the EU has to provide that assistance until Serbia gets back on its feet. Brussels is not doing this out of love for Belgrade but it has to.
Kosovo is economically unsustainable. Even if it became a country 100 years ago it there would be no change.
