Serbs having decision-making separate from Pristina - unacceptable
Serbs being able to voice their opinions on their future like the Albanians did - unacceptable
Serbs being able to go to Djakovica for religious observances - unacceptable
Trepca mines being negotiated over - unacceptable
Albanians can get equally if not even more paranoid and angry if they don't get their way 100%.

The fine print you refuse to read is that Camp Bondsteel is not going anywhere and neither are its owners, the U.S.A. At some point Kosova will be in NATO, probably before Serbia, and Bondsteel will be a permanent NATO base. As you know very well, NATO is the U.S.A, for all practical purposes. You also have seen what the U.S.A. did to Serbia by way of a little humanitarian bombing in 1999 and wouldn't hesitate to do it again, with pleasure. They hate the Serbs more than anyone. If you ask Bosnia, Croatia, Kosovo (and others) they would say Serbian army can't be trusted. I wouldn't blame them for that. Serbian army is run by somebody who's accused of war crimes. What else can one say?!

They should realize that if there was any viability in any of these organizations Kosovo would be Serbian therefore, either put up or shut up. You are completely right. All of those things you have listed are 100% true. The Serbian Government is the biggest supporter and lobbyist for its own amputation. I have never seen a government work so hard for their own territory to cede and become a country of its own.
Only problem is, its not working. The Brussels agreements that are supposed to be in your favor are not even being carried out by your side. Serbs south of the Ibar live in ethnic ghettos. But the Albanians are not faring much better because at the very least 100, 000 have fled in a matter of months. Unprecedented. Kosovos Army is not necessary as long as KFOR is in Kosovo.
Serbian officials seem to be playing dumb especially the SNS party.
They keep negotiating with Kosovos top officials, dine & wine you name it they have been doing it for years now. I have a good feeling SNS party knows exactly what is on Kosovos agenda in the near future, yet they come out with these surprising comments.
Facts:
Over 100 UN Nations recognized Kosovos statehood.
Serbia voluntarily chose to start negotiations.
Serbia has set up borders along the line of Kosovo & Serbia
Serbia keeps getting involved with most of these countries that have recognized Kosovo.
Serbia is seeking a membership in EU, an organization that supports Kosovos statehood, and most likely an army if you will.
Serbia has contributed to Kosovos informal recognition more than anyone else could have.
