All throughout Europe right now, the strongest or fastest growing political parties are of a EUroskeptic ideology. And yet Serbia is the only country in all of Europe that doesn't even have an anti-EU party in its parliament.

You also said there are many "pro - skeptical" parties in Europe. Again, where exactly and how many of them? I have not heard of parties created intentionally to carry out ANTI - EU messages. Every country has opposing parties that's just a demonstration of how democracy works you should know better than that. I noticed that usually people from Balkan area are irrelevant in most conversations because they comment based on their feelings towards countries that they have some resentment towards, or just personally dislike them. There is no middle ground to have a genuine conversation.
