Two dead in traffic accident in western Serbia

I have had some scary experiences on Serbian roads. One dark night I was heading along a busy road outside Belgrade when I saw in the oppoisite lane one enormous truck overtaking another. They both drove side-by-side heading straight for me. I had to pull over and almost drove into a water ditch alongside the road. The overtaking truck did not have the speed to overtake the slower truck and the slower truck did not slow down to allow the other to overtake. Anyone in their way would be killed. For every mile I drive in Serbia I drive 100 miles in the UK and yet I have seen more stupidity on Serbian roads than on UK roads. I don't know if it is alchol or just bad manners, but Serbian drivers are inconsiderate and aggressive.
