Don't underestimate them. There are some failures, but West have achieved some success too. Libya , for example is run by the people they wanted in power. Ukraine is the other example.
As icj1 said - look at the rivers of Slavic blood flowing, and waste of Russia's money and blood...destruction, economic decline...need to rebuild everything ones the war is over..
All that without NATO country firing a single bullet!
I am no friend of NATO, and I see them much as Zoran does. But, don't underestimate them. They are dangerous!

The answer is very simple... Last time I checked, Ukraine is not a NATO member :) If Russia wants to tear apart a brotherly Slav nation and waste Russia's money and blood in the process, that certainly is not any of NATO's business - Russia is free to do all it can to bring Russia's collapse (the same way the Soviet Union did with its adventure in Afghanistan).

For many Russian leaders the hairs in the back of their necks are starting to raise & a cold chill just ran through their entire body's!
Serbia in NATO will finally bring down Russia's last satellite state in the Balkans, and its about time!!!

Serbia is already buying more arms from the United States than Russia. Serbia will eventually be in NATO and the EU like the rest of the former Yugoslavia because Serbs are not backwards people like Russians.

Milosevic did not want to allow NATO in Serbia and got bombed for it. Now Serbia is begging to join NATO as well as providing vaseline gel to the victors.

The US needs more willing canonfodder? Have they run out of alternatives who refuse to go and fight for the USA in the Ukraine?

There is nothing the US can do about their inevitable fall from single world super power save incinerating the planet. Between Clinton & McCain, it is not all that unlikely.

I never underestimate NATO. A wounded animal is more dangerous and NATO is wounded badly.
NATO was the largest battle group on this planet and it was soundly defeated in Afghanistan. They “installed” a puppet government that only governs less that 1 kilometre in circumference in Kabul. NATO left some troops to “train” the local army/police, but this was done not to look like leaving with their tail between their legs. The Taliban constantly attack these bases. In fact the Taliban runs the country not NATO’s puppet.
Libya is the greatest mismanagement by the west. Its capital Benghazi holds the so called official government, but it’s a city that is controlled by several militias. It’s where the US ambassador was killed. Every foreign embassy has left Libya including the US. Tripoli is run by a different group and pays no attention to the so called government. Now we learn ISL is also in the picture there. Oil flows intermittently and a disaster for the west. In the meantime African refugees stream to the EU in great numbers.
The US lost 50,000 in Vietnam, between 10,000 and 15,000 in Iraq and NATO probably about that in Afghanistan . War is war.
