"Japan took no part in WW2 and their PM was even coming to Moscow in 1942. "

Then who was Georgii Zhukov fighting in 1939 with a force of 58,000 men, 500 tanks and 250 aircraft if not the Japanese? Does the Battle of Khalkhin Gol sound familiar, or is it made up like the Roman Empire?

Moscow is the best place to celebrate the date while Serbs tribute to our joint Victory more than any other nation in Europe. It was very unjust of Stalin to let the 1-st Army of Voisko Polskoe storm Berlin and deprive Tito of such a pleasure. During WW2 Yugoslavia suffered second big combat losses after the USSR. Formally the USA lost more but they conducted two wars at a time and they had nothing to do to one another. Japan took no part in WW2 and their PM was even coming to Moscow in 1942. They didn’t support the German attack that let us send 25 Siberian divisions to stop Hitler in Moscow. So the losses that Britain and the USA now include to WW2 are a bluff. For the Europeans WW2 was an existence war while the battles in Indochina, China , Japan and Northern Africa were colonial wars to be counted separately. So if we talk about the war in Europe Yugoslavian combat losses ( some 300 000 ) were second big ! We must persistently explain it to our children because nobody else is going to do it for us. Also if you like it or not but for 80-90% those were the Communists who have set the continent free. Be it France , Italy , Greece , Yugoslavia , Poland , Czechoslovakia , Bulgaria or the USSR.
