Serb politicians have known since 1999 they have zero chance of ever regaining and controlling Kosovo so every decision, every agreement, every action has had one goal and one goal only: to create as many problems and conflicts in Kosovo and to hamper the future of an Albanian led Kosovo as much as possible.
Their goal has never been pro Serb it has been anti Albanian.
Europe helped create the problem and now they're complaining about the influx of refugees. Europe is not who is used to be and doesn't require being treated the same anymore. It's simple, follow their footsteps and look out for yourself only.
Nobody cares what Nikolic has to say. Too little too late for that. You can't come up with new platforms in the middle of talks. Everybody knows Serbs are playing games. They played games in Rambuille and lost big time after that. Kosovo has been recognized by 108 countries up to now. Somebody should tell that to Seselj's ex-friend Nikolic.
Either he is playing a game with the Serbian people telling them his platform is this, while secretly telling the EU it is something else. Which has pretty much been the case since the Brussels talks started. Or you will see major obstacles being placed in the way for Serbia progress into the EU
It's obvious Serbs won't like it if its not about removing Kosovo from serbias constitution and recognizing Kosovo independence. Serbs in Serbia have eliminated the dss which put Kosovo in the constituion from parliament. Eliminated radicals from parliament. Train as customs agents and border guards on Kosovo border. Serbs will compete against Kosovo at the Olympics. Serbs in Kosovo vote on republic of Kosovo ballots and if elected to office swear allegiance to pristina like goran rakic. Most Serbs are demanding Kosovo independence for eu membership.

Europe won't like many things blowing their way. The winds of Universe have shifted their course. Just ask those Albanians who every month keep repeating to the Serbs: Let's wait and see what the future will bring.
Never say never. Time will come soon to give up Kosovo. Just as it came for Hungary to accept "Vojvodina" ripped out of its body. Have to learn to live with it.
