Russian President Vladimir Putin will travel to Minsk today for a meeting that will discuss a solution to the Ukrainian crisis, the Kremlin has confirmed.
Minsk is a good place for these talks. Official Belarusian government have put a lot of effort to a meeting. Undoubtedly, the results will be positive.
