There you go again with your Velika Srbija complex again. The Chetniks were formed to fight the Nazis and Ustasha after the Yugo army capitulated. They were formed to defend Serbs from being slaughtered and not to create a 'greater' anything.

And the only thing most Croats are not OK with is that Hitler lost. When this became inevitable, many thousands of Ustasha joined the Partizans. This wasn't because they believed in the communist ideology, but rather to save their butts, which goes back to one of your earlier comments about trustworthiness.

You really need to put down the Croatian Mythology books and start from scratch. It's not too late.

Hey CC, you can't just start reciting the events of the war to suit your weak argument. Ask yourself what happened before Knin, Vukovar, etc. Tudjman was elected. Serbs were fired from their jobs, their property was destroyed, many were killed. Streets were renamed after Ustasha war criminals, etc. International law broken by Croatia. All this happened before the events you mentioned. Serbs did not want war - Croats did and you got it. Did you have a memory lapse or did you forget these events? Now worries, there are many here who will remind you.

Ridiculous, learn your history. Prince Paul of Yugoslavia signed a non-aggression pact with Hitler and within mere hours, he was overthrown by the people in Belgrade. Germany's response to this was to bomb Belgrade, divide Yugoslavia, empowering Croatians and Albanian clients (sound familiar?) and DIRECTLY militarily occupying Serbia.

So now its Serbia's fault that a much stronger power occupied and divided up the country, and because of that occupation, Serbia is responsible for any crimes committed against Jews? Serbia's response to this occupation was that it made up the overwhelming majority of the 2 largest anti-fascist groups in the region, the Chetniks and Partizans. Milan Nedic was literally one guy Germany found to act as an intermediary for the direct military Nazi occupation. He had no following, no supporters, he was imposed. Serbia for its part did everything it could to defeat Nazism in the Balkans.

Serbia literally has absolutely 0 responsibility for any crimes that were committed on its territory in the name of Nazism because the majority of those crimes were committed against Serbs. Croatia on the other hand wasn't bombed, wasn't occupied but was a strong ally of Nazi Germany. Big, big difference.

There you go again. Comparing Milan Nedic to the Ustasha is a commonly used Croatian tactic when you refuse to accept responsibity for Croat crimes. Nedic was implemented after the Nazis bombed Belgrade. Conversely, the Ustasha was the official gov't. of Croatia and welcomed Hitler into Zagreb with a parade. There was no resistance. Croatians embraced the Nazis while the Serbs formed the first resistance in Europe. Nedic became head of the quisling gov't. because Hitler was killing 100 Serbs for every German soldier killed and 50 for every one wounded. He discouraged any resistance because so many Serb civilians were being killed.

No credible historian agrees with your Ustasha version of history. You belong to a revisionist minority who is being laughed at by the rest of the world.

If Serbia had issues with what happened back then and they want reparations, set the record straight and ensure it is written in the history books then I suggest you take it up with your people and get them to bring the case to the International community. Maybe at times you have taken my comments as nationalist but I assure you that it is only reactionary to the behavior of the regions political elite towards Serbia as a country and Serbs as people. Croatia's supposedly "moderate" president decorates a Bosnian Muslim terrorist, in Macedonia even there have been billboards popping up throughout Skoplje demanding for the full stop of "Serbian assimilation". In Montenegro, Serbian Priests just received a notice of exile, despite the fact that they lived there for over 22 years!

Then we know what the Albanian separatists are doing in Kosovo-Metohija with their repeated attempts to steal/destroy more property and homes they never even invested in.

The hit is out and it's on Serbia. The political elite in Belgrade today is SO accommodating to Serbia's enemies and like vultures they want to pick it apart even more.

^That's the disposition I take everytime I comment here. There are forces backed by large segments of populations in ex-Yu who wish to see Serbia completely wiped off the map.

This act only confirms what I have been saying for a long time that Josipovic is only another Ustasha. He is in the last throws of being a president and the mask does not need to be worn any more.
For those that think this a decoration for an ally against the Serbs, think again. This is the Croats trying to mitigate the hatred the Bosniaks have against them after their allies stabbed them in the back during the war in Bosnia. This was the time in central Bosnia when Croats locked up Bosniaks in cellars and set their home alight burning people alive. They went on a killing spree that would have made Ante Pavelic pleased, but like all cowards the tables were turned and defeat was staring them in the eyes to the point these Croats had to beg Serbs to save 20 000 of their people. Pity Karadzic was merciful.
The problem is the Croats are now only a minority in Bosnia and within a few years the Bosniaks will make sure they don’t even exist there. I’ll even be prepared to give Ganic a medal then for the good work.

Their pervasive racism and xenophobia towards Serbs and Serbia is exceedingly difficult to comprehend and lack of remorse for their crimes from 1941 up to and including 1995 is breath-taking. MacKenzie didn't feel right, so he took off his flak jacket. As they walked around, some explosions startled them nearby, and MacKenzie grabbed Ganic to head for shelter. Guess what he found when he grabbed him, Ganic was wearing a bullet proof jacket underneath his shirt!!

Croatia will not condition Serbia's entry into the EU, as its twenty some other countries who will decide not Croatia. I watch the Balkans from here in the UK and sometimes I can't help laughing out loud at some of the antics of their politicians. How Croatia can accuse others of war crimes is unbelievable! It first needs to come to terms with its own past before it accuses others of wrongdoing. Until it does that it has no right to accuse others.

In another part of MacKenzie's book, he talks about how he was walking around with Ganic in Sarajevo, and was wearing a flak jacket while Ganice only was wearing a shirt. MacKenzie didn't feel right, so he took off his flak jacket. As they walked around, some explosions startled them nearby, and MacKenzie grabbed Ganic to head for shelter. Guess what he found when he grabbed him, Ganic was wearing a bullet proof jacket underneath his shirt!!

Their pervasive racism and xenophobia towards Serbs and Serbia is exceedingly difficult to comprehend and lack of remorse for their crimes from 1941 up to and including 1995 is breath-taking. Milan Nedic was literally one guy Germany found to act as an intermediary for the direct military Nazi occupation. He had no following, no supporters, he was imposed. Serbia for its part did everything it could to defeat Nazism in the Balkans.

Serbia literally has absolutely 0 responsibility for any crimes that were committed on its territory in the name of Nazism because the majority of those crimes were committed against Serbs. Croatia on the other hand wasn't bombed, wasn't occupied but was a strong ally of Nazi Germany. Big, big difference.

Milan Nedic was basically in charge of the police and administration of Serbia and the Germans never trusted him or any of his officials. “The announcement that Beograd was the first "Judenfrei" city in Europe was made by the Germans, Nedic had no say what was they announced.

This act only confirms what I have been saying for a long time that Josipovic is only another Ustasha. He is in the last throws of being a president and the mask does not need to be worn any more.
For those that think this a decoration for an ally against the Serbs, think again. This is the Croats trying to mitigate the hatred the Bosniaks have against them after their allies stabbed them in the back during the war in Bosnia. This was the time in central Bosnia when Croats locked up Bosniaks in cellars and set their home alight burning people alive. They went on a killing spree that would have made Ante Pavelic pleased, but like all cowards the tables were turned and defeat was staring them in the eyes to the point these Croats had to beg Serbs to save 20 000 of their people. Pity Karadzic was merciful.
The problem is the Croats are now only a minority in Bosnia and within a few years the Bosniaks will make sure they don’t even exist there. I’ll even be prepared to give Ganic a medal then for the good work.

Croatia's supposedly "moderate" president decorates a Bosnian Muslim terrorist, in Macedonia even there have been billboards popping up throughout Skoplje demanding for the full stop of "Serbian assimilation". In Montenegro, Serbian Priests just received a notice of exile, despite the fact that they lived there for over 22 years!

Then we know what the Albanian separatists are doing in Kosovo-Metohija with their repeated attempts to steal/destroy more property and homes they never even invested in.

The hit is out and it's on Serbia. The political elite in Belgrade today is SO accommodating to Serbia's enemies and like vultures they want to pick it apart even more.

^That's the disposition I take everytime I comment here. There are forces backed by large segments of populations in ex-Yu who wish to see Serbia completely wiped off the map.

There you go again. Comparing Milan Nedic to the Ustasha is a commonly used Croatian tactic when you refuse to accept responsibity for Croat crimes. Nedic was implemented after the Nazis bombed Belgrade. Conversely, the Ustasha was the official gov't. of Croatia and welcomed Hitler into Zagreb with a parade. There was no resistance. Croatians embraced the Nazis while the Serbs formed the first resistance in Europe. Nedic became head of the quisling gov't. because Hitler was killing 100 Serbs for every German soldier killed and 50 for every one wounded. He discouraged any resistance because so many Serb civilians were being killed.

No credible historian agrees with your Ustasha version of history. You belong to a revisionist minority who is being laughed at by the rest of the world.

There you go again with your Velika Srbija complex again. The Chetniks were formed to fight the Nazis and Ustasha after the Yugo army capitulated. They were formed to defend Serbs from being slaughtered and not to create a 'greater' anything.

This act only confirms what I have been saying for a long time that Josipovic is only another Ustasha. He is in the last throws of being a president and the mask does not need to be worn any more.
For those that think this a decoration for an ally against the Serbs, think again. This is the Croats trying to mitigate the hatred the Bosniaks have against them after their allies stabbed them in the back during the war in Bosnia. This was the time in central Bosnia when Croats locked up Bosniaks in cellars and set their home alight burning people alive. They went on a killing spree that would have made Ante Pavelic pleased, but like all cowards the tables were turned and defeat was staring them in the eyes to the point these Croats had to beg Serbs to save 20 000 of their people. Pity Karadzic was merciful.
The problem is the Croats are now only a minority in Bosnia and within a few years the Bosniaks will make sure they don’t even exist there. I’ll even be prepared to give Ganic a medal then for the good work.

Croatia's supposedly "moderate" president decorates a Bosnian Muslim terrorist, in Macedonia even there have been billboards popping up throughout Skoplje demanding for the full stop of "Serbian assimilation". In Montenegro, Serbian Priests just received a notice of exile, despite the fact that they lived there for over 22 years!

Then we know what the Albanian separatists are doing in Kosovo-Metohija with their repeated attempts to steal/destroy more property and homes they never even invested in.

The hit is out and it's on Serbia. The political elite in Belgrade today is SO accommodating to Serbia's enemies and like vultures they want to pick it apart even more.

^That's the disposition I take everytime I comment here. There are forces backed by large segments of populations in ex-Yu who wish to see Serbia completely wiped off the map.

Nedic was implemented after the Nazis bombed Belgrade. Conversely, the Ustasha was the official gov't. of Croatia and welcomed Hitler into Zagreb with a parade. There was no resistance. Croatians embraced the Nazis while the Serbs formed the first resistance in Europe. Nedic became head of the quisling gov't. because Hitler was killing 100 Serbs for every German soldier killed and 50 for every one wounded. He discouraged any resistance because so many Serb civilians were being killed.

No credible historian agrees with your Ustasha version of history. You belong to a revisionist minority who is being laughed at by the rest of the world.

Nedic was supplying Cetniks with Yugo money...if you don't see wrong in that you aren't objective...supplying Cetniks is to supply velika Srbija concept!

This recent war was 100% initiated by Serbs and their aggression, no two ways about it. You can deny this as long as you wish, the facts remain clear on this topic.

As per WW11, I'm not proud of atrocities but I am proud Croats refused communism. I cannot explain why Croatians contributed to Hitlers plan but I can assure you that the majority are not ok with what happened.

You have your version, we have ours...if Tudjman did his things...Serbia has done as much or more to prove they aren't taking accountability for their crimes...not even worth a discussion.

this is hilarious: "Serbia NEVER wanted to go to war... "...so then who lead the Serbs to take hold of the police station in Knin, who bombarded Vukovar, who strolled into Slovenia, who attacked Dubrovnik.....China?

you're as delusional as it gets and you prove here why Serbian people are considered the same as Russians...untrustworthy! Nobody on earth likes them other than a few of their Orthodox brothers...and even then its sketchy!

There's another person posted under the name Bob in this sequence. It's not fair to post under a name when someone has already used it to post a comment.

Perhaps B92 could use a verification process so that frequent posters can have their names protected.

My posting was the one pointing out that Croatian nationalists were threatening that Serbs would hang from the willows long before Milosevic came to power.
