1/ My country enjoys western BB- ratings in the west and A rating from the biggest Chinese state rating company Dogong.
2/ USD 47 per barrel + 25% makes USD 59 per barrel.
3/ In two Russian Funds and in the Central Bank we still have about USD 600 Bln. How about your colonial state ?
