Ivica Dacic has called on all actors of the continuing heavy fighting around Debaltsevo in Ukraine to immediately stop all military activities.

The Kiev regime needs to stop shelling civilians and civilian infrastructure. It should treat those in eastern Ukraine as HUMANS and not pests to destroy or drive out.
They must respect their human rights and give them autonomy within Ukraine. No more threats or destruction - just rebuild Ukraine and allow them to be autonomous within it.

Two days ago Poroshenko asked for ceasefire and yesterday Dacic sounded it on behalf of the OSCE. Russians put two conditions – openly declared order of Poroshenko about the ceasefire plus withdrawal of the heavy artillery from the suburbs of Donetsk. Kiev refused to but switched international tools on. Kiev does not care about the civilians killed 15-20 per day but now all of a sudden when their troops in Debaltsevo are close to surrender they started to think about the poor locals whom they use as a shield. And Dacic became part of this … Little has changed in OSCE mission in Ukraine since Serbia took the helm. Very little.

I can't help but admire this person, he is fat but extremely smart, he was able to join governments with DS and SNS and he knows how to chose his words carefully. No matter how many mistakes Tadic and Vucic made he was able to stay out of it...... i would never vote for his party but he already won my respect.

Two days ago Poroshenko asked for ceasefire and yesterday Dacic sounded it on behalf of the OSCE.
