"Vulin should have been replaced because of an attempt to embezzle almost EUR 2 million from the state budget, which happened in his ministry, and for introducing forced labor for welfare users among other things," the Human Rights House points out.

If working for welfare is a violation of human rights then Australian government should be sacked too. It's normal practice here. It's called "Work for the Dole".
Did Vulin himself steal any money or someone in his ministry? Have any of these accusations been proven in court for any of the ministers?
You can't dismiss people purely on suspicion. Once legal process is finished and if found guilty then yes, they should be removed but until then isn't it also a breach of human rights to dismiss people without any proven guilt?

This is incredible. An NGO asks a government to remove not one but four acting ministers of its government cabinet. What happened to democracy??? If voters do not like these fellows, then they will lose in the next election. That is how you change governments and cabinet ministers - not by some threat or decree by a flaky foreign-financed NGO.

Is it possible for these ministers to change their nationalities to Croatian and Albanian? If so, then they will be free to continue without any consequences.
