Serbia "not setting conditions for dialogue"

"Trepca, the majority owner of which is the state of Serbia"....
I'm confused now....what does Serbia want?! Kosovo or Trepca. Finally, to state the obvious, trepca seems to be the deal breaker, not Kosovo, per se.

Thaci is a criminal, a murderer, a torturer, a mafia-man, a thief, a drug dealer and an organ trafficker: his life should be spent until the last day in a Serbian jail with just some water and bread.
And then he has just to hope that divine justice doesn't exist.

So sad, to bad you said it all in your comment. Resorting to personal attacks when you have no grounds to stand on. You know she is right and there is nothing the temporary authorities in pristina can do about it.
